Fixing incorrect business details

If your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services are wrong, you can have them corrected. Send us the right information along with proof we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through all future updates to your listing.

Disputing your score

Scores and review summaries are produced by one rubric run against public Google reviews, with no manual overrides. A valid dispute points at incorrect data: a mismatched profile, reviews attributed to the wrong business, or a summary that misstates what reviewers said. Show us the problem and we will re-check the sources and regenerate the listing.

Asking for your listing to be removed

A listing is removed if the business is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate entry, or if it falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification process also automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request will be declined, and we will tell you why plainly.

How fast you will hear back

Every request receives an acknowledgement within 5 business days. If your request is approved for removal, it is actioned within 7 days. If your request is declined, you will get the reason.
