Best roofing and gutter plumbers in Perth metro
Five Perth metro plumbers where roofing and gutter work is a core service, ranked by our composite score (see the methodology). Scores last updated 5 October 2026.
Businesses that only touch roofing occasionally are left off. For general plumbing across Perth, see our best plumber overall list. Order reflects rating, review volume, recency and sentiment, so a perfect rating on few reviews scores lower than a strong rating on many.
Picks are ranked by score and relevance to roofing & gutter plumbing, so a lower overall score can rank higher here.

Ranked picks
PBR Plumbing
Why it ranks first
A 4.8 from 82 reviews is the deepest track record here, and recent feedback keeps coming in. Gutter work sits alongside emergency repairs, hot water and leak detection, and clients mention photo updates and clear explanations during the job.
Pros
- Punctual arrival, with named technicians (Aiden, Jack, Mike, Paul) praised
- Photos and site reports sent during jobs
- Handles leak detection on commercial properties
- Swift emergency response
Watch out: Some reviewers found pricing high compared with other options.
Services: emergency plumbing, roofing and gutters, plumber, bathroom renovation plumbing
Martin & Co Plumbing
Why it ranks second
A 5.0 from 21 reviews, with high confidence in the score. Northern Perth reviewers describe quick booking, same-day or within-days fixes and clean sites. It holds WA plumbing and gas licences.
Pros
- Same-day repairs and quick booking
- Tidy work with site cleanup
- Emergency hot water service
- Pricing seen as fair value
Watch out: One reviewer wanted more detail on product lifespan, and a couple were unsure about itemised costs on bundled jobs.
Services: new home construction plumbing, drain blockage, roofing and gutters, bathroom renovation plumbing
Newland Plumbing & Gas Pty Ltd
Why it ranks third
All 21 reviews are five-star, and Nick is named across jobs from roof leaks to hot water and bathrooms. Confidence is low, so treat the score as promising rather than settled.
Pros
- Nick praised for responsiveness and follow-up
- Photos and ETA updates sent
- Quotes seen as fair and transparent
- Tidy finish across job types
Watch out: Feedback centres on one technician, so experience may depend on who attends.
Services: new home construction plumbing, roofing and gutters, emergency plumbing, gas installation service
Plumbing Group WA
Why it ranks fourth
A 4.9 from only 10 reviews, so confidence is low and recency is weaker than the others. Reviewers credit Greg with quick, fair plumbing, hot water, gas and roof work, often with extras thrown in free.
Pros
- Fast response, including weekend emergencies
- Free quotes and clear explanations
- Extras done at no charge
- Tidy sites
Watch out: Small review base, so the score could move quickly.
Services: roofing and gutters, hot water systems, plumber, gas installation service
Alpha Roofing WA
Why it ranks fifth
A 4.8 from 31 reviews, with 87% five-star. Owner Josh is praised for detail on gutters, downpipes and re-roofs to Colourbond, plus weekend availability. The score is held back by no recent reviews and a thinner profile, so confidence is low.
Pros
- Owner Josh known for detail and problem-solving
- Weekend availability and quick fixes after damage
- Accurate, fair quotes
- Handles tricky retrofit jobs
Watch out: No recent review activity, so check current availability.
Services: new home construction plumbing, roofing and gutters, plumber, gas installation service
