Most jobs finish within hours. Staff explain options clearly and work tidily. Named technicians like Josh, Callum, Brad, and Conner are regularly praised for professionalism and speed on hot water, roofing, and pipe work. One reviewer paid $9k for ceiling work quoted at much less and felt overcharged after a late arrival with no update. Despite this friction, 79% of reviews are five-star, and repeat customers are common.
