Royalty earns strong loyalty from repeat clients who praise fast, efficient work and transparent pricing that often undercuts rivals. However, diagnostic visits can be billed heavily without upfront clarity, and follow-up communication has faltered on occasion.
Adam and the Knight Plumbing team have earned a perfect 5-star rating across 61 reviews by consistently delivering professional work on everything from burst pipes to whole-house filtration, backed by fair pricing and same-day callouts. Reviewers praise their quick responses, clear communication, and willingness to explore practical solutions, with several noting they were the only plumbers willing to tackle tricky access jobs or DIY fixes. Kristy works alongside Adam on repeat jobs, and both staff members are noted for being friendly and easy to deal with. The team handles granny flat plumbing, sewer connections, hot water replacements, blocked drains, gas fittings, and fridge waterline installs without fuss or hidden fees.
Luke and his team deliver consistently first-time work across emergency call-outs, renovations, and new builds. Reviewers cite 10-plus-year track records with them, same-day emergency availability, and transparent pricing paired with skilled execution.
