Most jobs land exactly as quoted and arrive on schedule. Steph's team handles everything from bathroom tiling to patio work with clear communication and tidy finish. One recent frustration: a handyman miscalculated a shelving job scope and showed up late, leaving a customer disappointed on their only day off.
Beyond's strength is breadth and trust. Long-standing clients return for multiple jobs (water damage, reticulation, stove installation, retaining walls). They work across North and South of the River and claim over 15 years in business. Plumbing and gas work are on the roster but few reviews detail those specifically.
All 20 recent reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise Oliver for punctuality, professional finish, and willingness to explain options. Work ranges from burst pipe repair to full bathroom renovations and hot water replacements, done cleanly and within budget. No complaints appear in the reviews.
One five-star review calls the business professional and collaborative, willing to work through challenges with other trades. Evidence is very limited from a single recent review, so caution is warranted before drawing firm conclusions.
All 14 reviewers gave five stars. Vince and his team are known for showing up on time, explaining work clearly, and treating homes with respect. Whether handling drain unblocking, hot water system replacement, or bathroom renovation, customers say the quality lasts and the workmanship solves problems right the first time.
