Most five-star reviews praise individual technicians like George and Andy for quick emergency response and expert repairs. However, one-star reviews centre on refusing to fix faults they caused and lengthy, unresolved project work. The business appears more reliable for one-off jobs than long-term construction contracts.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All 14 reviews with text are five-star. Customers praise Eddy (the owner) for answering emergency calls directly, often arriving same-day or next morning, and leaving work areas clean. He handles hot water systems, burst pipes, gas cooktops, and bathroom renovations with equal care. No complaints appear in the reviews.
Most customers experience fast, professional service from friendly plumbers who show genuine care and clean thoroughly after the job. Problems emerge on pricing: rates reach $200/hour plus call-out fees, and invoices often exceed quotes. One major complaint involved apprentices troubleshooting drain work via phone coaching with two billable visits for the same issue. A few customers report being let down by missed arrival times and unresponsive office staff, which contrasts with the business's stated promise to always arrive on schedule.
Brad responded quickly to a burst pipe emergency and handled communication with genuine care throughout. The reviewer praised his friendliness, professionalism, and clear explanations, noting he made a stressful situation easy to manage.
