Capricorn delivers fast, tidy work at fair prices across hot water, gas, and renovation jobs. Staff like Dylan and John turn up promptly and finish to quote. One reviewer had a gas leak take until next day and reported Dylan avoided warranty follow-up calls; most others praise years of reliable service.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Paul at Plumblink responds fast, often arriving next day or earlier than scheduled, and solves multiple plumbing and gas issues in one visit with professionalism and courtesy. Reviewers consistently praise transparent pricing, safe testing of gas systems, cleanup after work, and his willingness to flag related problems for future attention.
Five-star reviewers praise responsive emergency callouts, professional work, and fair rates; one customer returned multiple times over years. One-star reviews report incomplete repairs, no-shows, hostile staff, and poor communication. The 60/40 split between five and one/two-star ratings reflects stark consistency in both directions.
Review evidence is limited. The business claims to have operated since 1980 and holds plumber (PL8759) and gas fitter (GF003384) credentials. Their website lists emergency plumbing, hot water installation, gas fitting, drain work, and roof repairs across northern Perth suburbs.
