Best for
homeowners needing fast emergency fixes or routine plumbing without fuss

Business data from Google Business Profile, checked 2026-10-05. Facts from the business's own website were fetched 2026-09-05.

What do recent reviews say?

Casotti arrives fast, often the same day, and most jobs are resolved cleanly and without fuss. Named staff like Luke, Dom, and Conrad are regularly praised for courtesy and quick problem-solving. However, one detailed complaint alleges inexperienced crew were sent repeatedly while senior staff were withheld for cost, a six-year warranty was refused, invoicing followed failed work, and the owner was dismissive when held accountable.

The business serves across Perth metro and handles burst pipes, drain blocks, leak detection, and hot water installs. Pricing is competitive for emergency calls. Most customers report transparent dealings and repeat business. The single serious complaint and the overall 86% five-star rating suggest isolated friction or a possible service breakdown in one case, not a pattern.
