Both five-star reviews praise DJ Blackburn for reliability, responsiveness, and honest pricing. A strata manager notes prompt job completion and clear updates on complex work, with owners requesting them for future jobs.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One customer reported a very negative experience with staff behaviour. Review evidence is limited (only one review with detail provided). The business holds licenses and advertises broad plumbing and gas services, but this single low-rated review raises serious concerns about customer interaction.
Wade Spencer delivers consistent, skilled work across plumbing and electrical tasks. Most reviewers praise his punctuality, professionalism, and ability to handle both trades in one visit. One recent booking saw no arrival and unanswered calls, which stands against the overwhelming pattern of reliability and courtesy shown in older reviews.
Buckenara handles plumbing, gas, and electrical across emergency calls, renovations, and system replacements. Staff like Bailey, Andrew, Wayne, and James are known for arriving promptly, explaining work clearly, and finishing on time. Most work comes in under budget or at fair cost, though one complex roofing quote was steep. A standout: when other plumbers refused a difficult second-storey air-con job, Andrew's team spent an hour exploring solutions before deciding it was unsafe, earning respect for integrity over commission.
