What do recent reviews say?

Ian and his team diagnose and clear blocked drains fast, often same-day or next-day, with camera footage showing what was wrong and what was fixed. Multiple reviewers say he solved drains other plumbers couldn't, explains the work clearly, sticks to quotes, and charges fairly for the skill he brings.

Where drain issues are tricky (root intrusion, disintegrated seals, recurring blockages), Drains Plus arrives equipped with heavy-duty jetting and camera tech to find the real cause and fix it permanently rather than patch it. Reviewers note professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to ring ahead if running late.
