Frazer responds quickly to emergencies and routine calls, arriving on time with a genuine, personable approach that puts people at ease. Multiple reviews describe his problem-solving skill, particularly with hot water systems and blocked drains, and his commitment to leaving sites clean and explaining work clearly. One reviewer noted billing disappointment on a rough-in job, though the business's emergency availability and pricing are otherwise praised as fair.
The business handles the full range from same-day tap repairs to bathroom renovations and hot water system replacements. Frazer's willingness to take on after-hours work, even in poor weather, and his repeat clientele suggest established trust in the Stirling and broader Perth metro area.
After Hours Plumbing Balcatta gets strong marks for skill and friendliness on successful jobs, but splits sharply on emergency pricing and reliability. Five-star reviews praise prompt, skilled work; one-star complaints centre on inflated quotes for minor tasks and missed or delayed appointments during emergency calls.
Most reviewers report fast emergency response, professional installation, and fair pricing; named technicians Reza and Luca received specific praise. However, two one-star reviews from recent years describe ignored quote requests and lack of callback, suggesting inconsistent communication on non-emergency work.
Review evidence is limited. Know Renovation operates as a licensed plumber in Osborne Park offering bathroom renovation and plumbing services; their website lists civil plumbing and hydraulic services as well. The business claims to have operated since 2004 and holds Plumbing Licence PL 7757.
