Reviewers consistently note straightforward pricing with no surprises, paired with staff who explain work clearly and leave sites clean. One tenant dispute over toilet-seat labour charges stands out; otherwise, across hot water replacements, blocked drains, leak detection, and burst pipes, the experience is described as easy to book, low-stress, and worth returning to.

Named technicians Josh and Jaya feature repeatedly and are praised for efficiency and patience. The business handles emergency callouts on short notice and weekend requests. Most feedback centres on plumbing and gas hot water work rather than general maintenance.
