Brett delivers fast, professional plumbing work across Perth suburbs. Reviews praise his responsiveness, quality output, and willingness to fit in urgent jobs; limited review count means this snapshot is narrow.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Two Google reviews award perfect five-star ratings, though the sample is small. Their website lists over 50 years of combined experience and serves Perth Metro with services spanning emergency callouts, blocked drains, gas fitting, hot water systems, and bathroom renovation.
Most customers praise Majestic's technical skill, fair pricing, and friendly staff, especially their leak-finding expertise using acoustic and tracer gas detection. Lewis, Sonny, Luke, and Mitchell get named praise for fixing complex problems others missed and explaining work clearly. A handful of recent issues stand out: price shocks (one bill $800 above research), a botched hot water install that needed three visits, a van blocking a driveway for 30 minutes, and an after-hours charge structure not disclosed upfront. These complaints suggest occasional gaps in upfront communication and quality control, though most involve older reviews.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
