The single review on record describes a failed oven repair job. A plumber visited a rental property but performed no work, pivoted to pushing a water heater replacement instead, and left gas and water shut off. The business did not follow up after the customer complained. Evidence is limited to one recent review.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
AJL Plumbing and Gas operates from Greenmount with over 30 years in the trade, holding current licenses for plumbing, gas fitting, and draining. They serve Perth metro and Midvale across residential and commercial work. Limited review evidence is available to assess customer experience.
Established Midvale plumber with a sharp divide: recent five-star reviews praise quick response, fair pricing, and professionalism for commercial clients. Older one-star reviews document serious complaints about billing for new products while installing secondhand parts and misrepresenting work done.
Luke, Ali, and Zayn turn up on time and fix the job right the first time, whether it's a burst pipe at the meter, bathroom vanity install, or blocked drain. Reviewers consistently praise their patience, clear explanations, and the clean state they leave homes in. None report delays, shortcuts, or follow-up visits for rework. Lush handles emergency calls as well as planned renovations across Swan View and Perth metro. Two technicians dominate the reviews; both are licensed, courteous, and willing to work through tough conditions. Pricing includes a $75 cashback offer on call-outs and $100 back on hot water replacements. The business publishes seven-day availability and backs its work with full insurance.
