South Beach Plumbing & Gas delivers consistent five-star results across emergency calls, renovations, and gas work. Mitch and his team earn repeat business by solving jobs others turn down, diagnosing problems quickly, and communicating clearly throughout.
Every review is five stars. Brendan personally shows up, quotes fairly, arrives on time, and solves problems others said were too hard. He sends photo and video updates, explains his work clearly, and goes beyond the scope-gas issues, renovations, pool work, new builds. Customers return repeatedly and trust his judgment on bigger projects. Emergency calls get answered within hours even on weekends. Hot water system replacements are clean and quick. Bathroom renovations from initial leak diagnosis through final fit-out are managed end-to-end, with clear advice on other trades. His work on new builds and complex plumbing (aged copper, makeshift repairs, pool installations) earns consistent praise for being both affordable and done right first time.
Most calls are answered quickly and jobs wrapped within hours; James has built a strong reputation for handling emergency leaks and burst pipes at reasonable rates. One older complaint flagged a rude refusal to quote, though a clear majority of feedback praises professionalism, tidiness, and willingness to explain problems via video or site visits.
