Refined Plumbing earns mostly five-star praise for punctual emergency response, neat workmanship, and ability to solve difficult leaks others could not. However, a recent one-star review alleges a serious safety incident at an insured job that was not disclosed to the builder, creating a stark caveat against the otherwise strong track record.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Reviewers consistently report arriving on time, transparent pricing, and polite staff who clean up after the job. Long-term customers praise the team's reliability and trustworthiness across general plumbing, hot water repairs, and drain work over many years.
Martin & Co delivers swift, courteous service across plumbing and hot water work in Northern Perth. Jobs get fixed same-day or within days, teams show up on time, and sites stay clean. Staff like Paul, Jamie, Josh, Liam and Rob earn consistent praise for professionalism and communication. One reviewer wished for more detail about product lifespan. Pricing feels fair to reviewers, though a couple flagged uncertainty about itemised costs on bundled jobs. The business holds WA plumbing and gas licences, and their website claims 15+ years' experience.
Harleys has a flawless 5-star record across 67 reviews. Customers consistently praise fast response times, named technicians like Josh, Ben, Dawson, and Jared who arrive on time and work professionally, and clean workspaces. They handle emergency callouts, hot water installs, burst pipes, toilet work, and bathroom renovations with the same reliability. Multiple reviewers note fair pricing and willingness to return calls and adjust schedules.
