What do recent reviews say?

Routy's delivers consistent on-time work across renovation, emergency, and maintenance jobs. Staff like Tom and Lucas earn repeated praise for politeness and thoroughness. Standout note: a pricing transparency hiccup (GST omission on one job) and separate driving conduct complaints don't reflect core plumbing performance.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
