Tunnel Vision turns up on time and fixes blockages with camera verification and clear explanations. Technicians like Phil, Alex, Joel, and Paul are consistently praised for thoroughness, courtesy, and delivering results within budget. One caller felt a blockage was missed and the scope control tangled, but this is rare against the strong track record.
Their strength is methodical drain clearing with CCTV follow-up to confirm the work. Reviewers often book them again for planned maintenance and report excellent service from intake to cleanup. Cost feedback is almost universally fair or better than expected.
Nick brings consistent professionalism and speed to residential plumbing and gas work across the Perth metro area. Most callers praise his responsiveness, honest pricing, and willingness to tackle jobs at short notice. A small number report difficulty reaching him or jobs that didn't materialise after initial contact.
Most reviewers praise Lito for reliability, tidy work, and fair pricing across plumbing and gas jobs. However, email contact can be slow, and one job dragged over four weeks due to repeated wrong parts. Phoning directly appears to yield faster service.
Michael from MDC turns up within hours of a call and solves the problem on the spot. Customers consistently praise his straightforward advice, competitive quotes, quick hot water system replacements (sometimes same-day), and the care he takes to clean up after himself. Five-star across 57 reviews reflects repeat business and trust built over a decade of service in Perth.
