What do recent reviews say?

Glen handles everything from burst pipes and hot water failures to bathroom work and gas fittings with the same hands-on professionalism. He quotes honestly, arrives fast (often same day), explains the job clearly, and leaves the site tidy. Reviews highlight his reliability across a range of jobs, his willingness to troubleshoot beyond the original call (identifying gas leaks, sourcing same-day parts), and a price point that consistently surprises on the fair side.

What sets him apart is his availability. He works Saturdays and responds to queries within hours, which matters when you've got no hot water in winter or a burst pipe flooding the kitchen. Customers report feeling heard rather than rushed, and several mention becoming repeat clients or recommending him as their permanent plumber.
