What do recent reviews say?

Within an hour or two of calling, Vern or his team arrives at your door ready to work. They fix leaks, gas heaters, and blocked pipes the same day, explain what's wrong clearly, and charge fairly or nothing at all if the job is quick. Customers mention him by name repeatedly, refuse to use anyone else, and say his prices are a third of what other plumbers quote.

Vern operates solo or with backup staff, handles both gas fitting and plumbing without fuss, works evenings and weekends, and leaves your house as clean as he found it. He's known for honesty (refusing payment when he's only done a quick diagnostic) and for taking on emergency callouts without inflating the bill. Several reviewers note his willingness to help on Saturday nights or after hours without making a drama of it.
