Paul at Westbest is known for fair pricing, fast turnaround, and clean workmanship across plumbing jobs from taps to bathroom renovations. He operates over weekends, explains work clearly, and cleans up after himself. One serious complaint about aggressive conduct and cost inflation when a homeowner was away overseas stands out starkly against the strong positive consensus.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Across ten reviews, Remy consistently arrives on time, explains work clearly, and finishes jobs fast. Reviewers praise fair pricing, professional finish, and a clean-up after the job. Hot water system installs and tap repairs stand out as strengths. No complaints appear in the record.
Dan and the team deliver on speed and professionalism. Reviewers consistently praise same-day repairs, fast arrivals, and clear communication, with particular mention of how cleanly work sites are left. Several customers highlight willingness to help beyond the immediate job: advice on future issues, calls to Water Corp, and even Friday night phone guidance.
Most reviewers praise Mark and his team for bathroom renovations, hot water work, and emergency response. However, a significant minority report quote overruns, job quality issues, and concerning gas installation practices including unlicensed personnel and lack of proper certification. Experience varies widely.
