Kris runs a one-person operation out of Seville Grove where speed and straightforwardness are the hallmarks. Same-day callouts, 30-minute drain jobs, and boiler swaps done right set him apart from the crowd. Reviewers praise his honesty over upselling, his willingness to explain work in detail, and his habit of leaving the job cleaner than he found it. Gas heating services, hot water unit replacements, and drain clearance make up the bulk of his work, with no complaints recorded across 54 reviews.

Josh, Jordan, and the team earn strong marks for speed: many callouts completed same day or within hours. Reviewers consistently note straightforward pricing with no surprises, paired with staff who explain work clearly and leave sites clean. One tenant dispute over toilet-seat labour charges stands out; otherwise, across hot water replacements, blocked drains, leak detection, and burst pipes, the experience is described as easy to book, low-stress, and worth returning to. Named technicians Josh and Jaya feature repeatedly and are praised for efficiency and patience. The business handles emergency callouts on short notice and weekend requests. Most feedback centres on plumbing and gas hot water work rather than general maintenance.
