Five of six recent reviews report serious problems: late arrivals, property damage, missing invoices, and blocking after dispute. One earlier five-star review praised friendly service, but current pattern is strongly negative.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Hydrosonic finds leaks quickly and fixes them right, with staff who explain the problem clearly and arrive when promised. Luke and Tremain are named repeatedly for precision work and care with properties. One customer noted slow invoicing and a $25 billing fee, but nearly all others praised fair pricing, especially against competitors quoting thousands more.
Highly variable service. One customer praised punctuality and professionalism; another experienced two no-shows with no contact or follow-up apology.
O'Brien Plumbing delivers reliable, efficient work across the full spectrum of plumbing jobs. Jack, Aaron, Matt, Gary and the reception team consistently arrive on time, explain issues clearly, and finish work to a high standard. Pricing lands as fair and competitive; multiple reviewers praise how staff moved things around to fit urgent requests same-day. However, two reviewers reported billing disputes and slow follow-up: one paid $355 for a shower rail install but felt overcharged and waited four days for a manager response; another waited over two weeks for a quote. Those gaps in complaint handling stand out against an otherwise strong track record of friendly, professional service and tidy work.
