Every review is five stars, and most centre on Blair's speed and dependability. He shows up when promised, fixes problems the same day, and explains what he is doing. Customers praise his friendly manner and the fact that he leaves the site clean. Pricing comes up as fair or cheaper than alternatives, and work ranges from emergency leaks to hot water replacements to full renovation jobs.
Caesars splits reviewers sharply. Some report quick, reliable work at fair rates and return repeatedly; others describe no-shows, poor communication, and unresolved complaints. The business claims 80 years operating and membership in the Plumbers and Gasfitters Association of WA, though one reviewer disputes this claim.
Plumbdog handles drain blocks, burst pipes, and general plumbing fast and leave work tidy. Staff like Josh, James, and Chris earn praise for friendliness and clear explanations. One reviewer disputed a $2200 gas connection quote against cheaper competitors and felt blindsided by the $125 call-out fee not mentioned on the phone.
Tristan at McMahon Plumbing earns consistent praise for showing up on time, explaining work clearly, and charging fairly without hidden costs. Most jobs are resolved quickly with clean sites left behind. One reviewer disputed the warranty on a toilet seal repair that failed after eight months, saying eight months was too short a lifespan and the terms should have been clearer upfront. The business handles emergency calls at short notice, tackles complex drain and leak work, installs outdoor showers and gas appliances, and manages multiple jobs for repeat customers. Tristan communicates via electronic channels to refine bookings and arrival times. Reviews name him as the technician across the range of services.
