Wayne from Bingham Plumbing earns consistent praise for showing up when promised, explaining costs clearly, and leaving work areas clean. All three reviews highlight reliability and respectful communication.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most jobs run smoothly with friendly staff who turn up on time, tidy the site as they work, and quote jobs upfront. One older dispute over online hot water system purchase terms and pricing stands out, but the bulk of recent feedback backs the team's efficiency and approachability.
Ben, Layton, Liam, Alan, and Max arrive fast, often within an hour, and tackle emergency water damage, heating failures, and repairs with thoroughness. Communication stands out: staff explain what they're doing, quote transparently, and leave homes spotless. One reviewer noted special care for a family member with autism. Hot water upgrades, drainage, new builds, and bathroom work all show the same pattern of professionalism. Customers return repeatedly and recommend by name. Pricing is described as reasonable. The company operates seven days and holds electrical and plumbing certifications.
Every review praises Alpha Sealed's technicians, Daniel and Brad, for arriving on time, completing shower and bathroom regrouting work neatly, and leaving spaces spotless. Both staff explain aftercare and offer advice on maintaining grout and seals. Customers highlight the office team's responsiveness and the quality of the finished work, which often restores tired bathrooms to look new. The business quotes competitively and backs work with warranty coverage, giving clients confidence in durability.
