One customer praised the plumber for fixing a hot water unit quickly and professionally, with clear explanation and careful sign-off. No complaints recorded.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One reviewer praised efficient, professional work at fair cost ten years ago. A more recent negative experience reports the job was left unfinished when an emergency came up, followed by unresponsiveness. Evidence is limited: only two reviews across a decade.
Barrie and Connor consistently arrive fast, complete jobs same-day, and leave sites clean. Reviewers note straightforward pricing, genuine communication, and staff who explain problems rather than just fix them. One customer wished warranty status had been mentioned earlier; otherwise feedback is strongly favourable across drain work, hot water installation, burst pipes, and routine repairs. Their website lists 21 years in the industry and multiple certifications (plumbing, gas fitting, restricted electrical, backflow prevention), and they operate across Perth's southern suburbs from Bicton to Fremantle. Call-out charge is $95, with hourly rates at $30 per 30 minutes after the first hour.
Eco Plumbing consistently arrives fast and tackles jobs thoroughly. Staff like Dion, Trent, and Oliver earn praise for their politeness, expertise, and clean work; customers often return over years or even decades. Pricing comes up repeatedly as fair or genuinely cheap compared to other local plumbers.
