Most jobs are completed on time with tidy work and friendly service, but one reviewer faced weeks of silence over a duplicate invoice. The business excels at technical skill and cleanup, though follow-up communication appears inconsistent.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Five of seven reviews praise quick emergency response and burst-pipe expertise, often with phone guidance before arrival. One customer reported a $6990 hot water quote that seemed excessive; they found the same job elsewhere for $2800, raising fair concerns about pricing. Limited detail overall, but emergency plumbing stands out as a strength.
Mike at On Splash Plumbing operates from Karawara and has earned 5-star ratings across 53 reviews for gas fitting, plumbing, and hot water work. He answers enquiries quickly, quotes upfront, shows up on time, and charges fairly. Customers consistently praise his knowledge, care with difficult jobs, and willingness to go further-like opening heaters to clean dust or replacing taps while on-site. No complaints surface in the review record.
Most jobs run smooth and fast, with crews arriving quickly and explaining the work as they go. Named staff including Rhys and Cooper earn consistent praise for professionalism and friendliness. The tension point is pricing: several recent reviews flag quotes that exceed customer expectations, one reports $753 for a cartridge replacement with no willingness to negotiate, and another warns of "bill shock" without a written quote in hand. Efficiency and reliability stand out; turnaround on hot water emergencies runs to hours rather than days.
