What do recent reviews say?

Plumbdog's field staff, particularly Dan and Evan, consistently arrive fast and resolve plumbing faults with clear communication and courtesy. Reviewers praise transparent quotes, professional job completion, and friendly service. Tidy work and next-day scheduling stand out.

One complaint centres on management's defensive tone when a customer questioned a quote after a technician arrived without the necessary part. The call-out fee ($125) is non-refundable even if the job doesn't proceed, which frustrated this customer. Otherwise, the business maintains strong reliability and customer rapport.
