Review evidence is limited. Bushby Plumbing operates from Joondalup and claims PL7362, GF012081, and BF1736 licensing, plus Water Corporation approval. Their website lists services from new gas installations to industrial waste and leak detection across Perth metro.
Nearly every caller reaches Lakeside within hours and finds staff who know their pricing upfront. Technicians named Connor, Luke, and D'troit arrive on time, diagnose the fault cleanly, and finish the job without mess or callbacks. The business handles burst pipes, hot water installations, gas work, and bathroom renos with equal confidence. Reviewers consistently highlight same-day service, friendly communication (including progress photos), and prices that feel reasonable even under pressure. No complaints emerged across the recent reviews.
Plumbdog's field staff, particularly Dan and Evan, consistently arrive fast and resolve plumbing faults with clear communication and courtesy. Reviewers praise transparent quotes, professional job completion, and friendly service. Tidy work and next-day scheduling stand out. One complaint centres on management's defensive tone when a customer questioned a quote after a technician arrived without the necessary part. The call-out fee ($125) is non-refundable even if the job doesn't proceed, which frustrated this customer. Otherwise, the business maintains strong reliability and customer rapport.
