Most jobs get done fast and well, with staff (particularly Chris) earning praise for professionalism and weekend availability. Two recent complaints centre on a non-disclosed $127 callout fee for quotes and unresponded follow-up emails, suggesting communication gaps between office and field.
Bryce at BH Plumbing and Gas handles hot water systems, gas fitting, and general plumbing across Myaree with full five-star consistency. Reviewers note his reliability, transparent quoting, and willingness to repair rather than replace, often going above expectations.
Staff respond fast, often same-day, and handle everything from hot water systems to gas work with professionalism and care. Jobs stay tidy, pricing stays reasonable, and reviewers consistently mention requesting specific technicians for return work.
Five-star reviews dominate across 145 ratings, with staff like Steve and Michael repeatedly named for handling urgent drainage, water main, and sewer issues promptly and without fuss. Customers value the clear explanations, willingness to squeeze in emergency work, and attention to detail, from reinstating pavers without a trace to advising on Water Corp refunds after major leaks.
