Most jobs arrive on time with calm, skilled technicians who charge fairly and communicate clearly. A handful of reviewers faced rudeness from the owner, incomplete fixes, and bills they felt were steep for what was done, but the majority praise long-term reliability and staff who take pride in their work.
All 31 reviews are five-star. Customers consistently praise the team for being approachable, quick to respond, and straightforward with pricing. The business handles emergency calls and general plumbing alike, and people report feeling well-treated throughout. Staff come across as genuinely personable rather than purely transactional. Work is described as efficient and well-priced. No complaints appear in the available feedback, and the few brief reviews still read as endorsements worth passing on to friends.
Paul at A.B.P. arrives within minutes to hours for emergencies and charges fairly for the fix, often underquoting competitors by thousands. He explains what he's doing, stays calm under pressure, and leaves work tidy. Customers return repeatedly because they trust him. Hot water system replacements, burst pipes, and blocked drains dominate the work. He's held credentials since 1996 and operates across Riverton and surrounding suburbs. No complaints appear in recent reviews; the main draw is speed, honesty, and the fact that he treats the job as a person would want their own plumbing treated.
