Barrie and Connor consistently arrive fast, complete jobs same-day, and leave sites clean. Reviewers note straightforward pricing, genuine communication, and staff who explain problems rather than just fix them. One customer wished warranty status had been mentioned earlier; otherwise feedback is strongly favourable across drain work, hot water installation, burst pipes, and routine repairs. Their website lists 21 years in the industry and multiple certifications (plumbing, gas fitting, restricted electrical, backflow prevention), and they operate across Perth's southern suburbs from Bicton to Fremantle. Call-out charge is $95, with hourly rates at $30 per 30 minutes after the first hour.

Most customers praise fast response times and straightforward work from named technicians like TD and PA. Two reviews flag significant overcharging (hot water system quoted at $7800, drain work three times market rate) and high-pressure sales tactics, suggesting it pays to get competing quotes before committing.
