Two five-star reviews highlight skilled plumbers (Kris and Jarrad) who work cleanly and efficiently. Bathroom renovation went smoothly despite old-house complications; office coordination with other trades was seamless. Fast turnaround and fair pricing noted.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One 5-star review supports this Perth CBD plumber. Detail is limited, but the business claims 24/7 emergency availability and offers a broad range including drain cleaning, hot water installation, and gas fitting.
Plumbdog has a large following with strong praise for named technicians like Evan, Zenn, Josh, and Jono, who are consistently described as fast, skilled, and easy to work with. However, several recent reviews report serious friction over billing practices: customers report being charged $125 callout fees despite no work, invoices climbing mid-job with poor explanation, and difficulty securing itemised breakdowns or follow-up when issues arise. The pattern of billing disputes and unresolved complaints suggests those considering complex or emergency work should clarify pricing and payment terms upfront. The business operates across Perth metro with electricians on staff alongside plumbers. Technicians like Evan and Chris Kelly earn specific praise for leak detection, blocked drains, and hot water work. Yet a recurring complaint is that initial estimates are revised sharply upwards after work begins, and the office struggles to respond to escalated concerns or rectification requests after jobs are invoiced.
All 21 reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise tap and toilet installation work, drain clearing, and customer service. Staff handle plumbing fixes with professionalism, and customers report satisfaction with both emergency callouts and scheduled jobs across Perth metro.
