All 16 reviews award five stars. Rob and his team (including Tylan) respond fast, show up on time, and finish jobs efficiently. Customers repeatedly mention reliability over years, honest pricing compared to other quotes, clean work sites, and willingness to go the extra mile on tough calls.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Review evidence is limited for this business. Their website lists over 40 years of combined experience and operates from Osborne Park, serving Perth WA with mechanical systems work including piping, welding, and HVAC installation. More customer feedback would clarify their strengths and service quality.
Most work is handled professionally by named technicians who arrive quickly, explain options clearly, and charge fairly. A strong history of emergency response and customer loyalty. Honest caveat: two recent one-star reviews cite dangerous van driving and unclear quoting practices (minimum 2-hour charge, non-itemised invoices), and one older account dispute remains unresolved.
Ten years of steady work for some clients and rapid response for new ones define No Probs Plumbing. Reviewers note the team diagnoses leaks, replaces systems, and clears drains with explanation: staff members Kobie, Daniel, Jen, and others earn specific praise for politeness, listening, and finishing clean. Named technicians handle jobs across hot water tanks, drain blockages, leaks, and water filtration installs. The main caveat is a $132 quote assessment fee one reviewer was not told about upfront, though it refunds if you proceed. Service covers Perth metro from their Osborne Park base.
