Ashley Townend consistently delivers same-day or quick turnarounds on plumbing and gas work across the Perth Hills area. Reviewers praise his practical knowledge, fair pricing, and willingness to troubleshoot over the phone.
He handles gas hot water systems, cooktops, bathroom vanities, and emergency leaks with neat, clean finishes. Repeat customers describe him as genuinely approachable, honest about job scope, and always on time. No complaints surface across the review base.
Work quality is solid when the right technician arrives on time, but office follow-up can be unreliable. One reviewer praised a female tradie's determination; another noted a named technician (Patrick) explained compliance work clearly. A male tradie on the same job was described as negative and unwilling, raising questions about consistency.
Across dozens of jobs-from burst pipes to leak detection to gas fittings-PFG staff answer phones promptly, show up same-day or within an hour even outside hours, and complete work to a standard that rarely needs a call-back. Reviewers name Mitch, Eric, Steve, and Deb as reliable anchors; the team communicates progress, cleans up after themselves, and prices fairly enough that customers save them in their contacts and call back for their fifth, sixth service with confidence. The business holds plumber, gas-fitter, and builder licenses; their website lists iStore heat pump installs, strata and commercial support, and pumps alongside residential work. Praise runs deep and consistent: one long-term customer highlights respect shown to garden landscaping during excavation, another credits Steve with NASA-grade problem-solving, and multiple reviews mention same-day emergency callouts and tidy job sites.
Established Midvale plumber with a sharp divide: recent five-star reviews praise quick response, fair pricing, and professionalism for commercial clients. Older one-star reviews document serious complaints about billing for new products while installing secondhand parts and misrepresenting work done.
