What do recent reviews say?

When the work is done, customers praise the finish and the pace. John and the crew earn repeat recommendations for soakwell installs, even in poor weather or tight spaces. However, recent reviews flag serious gaps: some site visits yield no quote follow-up, one job damaged a main sewer line with no refund, and their website claims all Perth areas but excludes Rockingham and others without saying so.

Praised for
  • professional workmanship on soakwell installs
  • honest, no-pressure advice from site visits
  • quick turnaround from quote to completion
  • fair pricing compared to competitors
Watch-outs
  • unresponsive after site visits, delayed or missing quotes
  • damaged main sewer line during work, no accountability
  • service area claims misleading, don't cover all Perth suburbs
