Two strong five-star jobs sit alongside a deeply negative construction experience. Evidence is sparse-only six reviews total-making it hard to judge consistency. The business responds quickly but some customers report shoddy installations and unfinished work.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
ACE+ has earned strong marks for friendly, skilled technicians who arrive promptly, work cleanly, and handle jobs with care - especially emergency hot water replacements. However, a cluster of one-star reviews about dangerous driving and a roof leak left unresolved suggests inconsistency in field performance and customer service, worth considering before booking.
Ben and his team handle emergency callouts, drain clearance, and hot water work with consistent professionalism. All 11 reviews are five-star, with praise for rapid response, honest advice, and work completed on time at reasonable rates.
Most jobs are finished quickly and staff explain options clearly before starting. Donna, Grant, Aaron, Ollie, and Norric are named repeatedly as reliable technicians who work cleanly and arrive on time. Hot water systems, blocked drains, and gas services get consistent praise. A couple of older complaints mention invoicing confusion and one poor phone response, but these are isolated against 84% five-star reviews.
