Five-star reviews across 28 Google ratings paint a consistent picture: Vito arrives on time, completes jobs promptly, and leaves worksites clean. Reviewers repeatedly cite honesty, fair pricing, and friendly professionalism from Vito and his crew (including Don and Donatello). They handle emergencies (hot water failures, large leaks) same-day or within hours, manage complex jobs like solar hot water system replacement with crane coordination, and go beyond the quote by sourcing tiles and offering preventive advice.
Most work highly praised for professionalism and speed; plumbers named Ryan and Nick delivered efficient, tidy results. One isolated complaint about reckless driving by a work vehicle overshadows otherwise strong recent performance.
Luke, Nick, Wesley, and the wider team consistently deliver quick, straightforward work with genuine friendliness. Reviewers praise their honesty about what repairs or upgrades actually cost and need, plus the speed of response-often same-day or next-morning callouts. Madison on reception earns specific mention for making the booking process simple and helpful. From emergency drain blockages to full bathroom renovations and hot water system replacements, the team arrives on time, leaves the job clean, and takes time to explain what was wrong or what they've installed.
Richtek delivered a hot water system replacement in a single morning and handles blocked toilets in under 20 minutes. Their strength is responding the same day to emergencies and coordinating plumbing and electrical work across multi-stage renovations without delays. Plumber and electrician diagnose faults methodically, test thoroughly before leaving, and explain issues clearly. Most pay attention to older homes and avoid unnecessary replacements. One dispute over a $1,601 underground pipe repair and poor follow-up on the complaint remains unresolved in recent reviews.
