Damian and his team consistently locate hidden leaks fast, often within hours. Reviewers praise his accuracy, straightforward pricing (sometimes well below competing quotes), and willingness to explain the full picture - from burst pipes to problematic iPlex piping and Water Corp allowances - without pressure to over-service. One reviewer found no leak but still rated five stars for the maintenance guidance alone.
Doc Hayward's has built a reputation for honest, skilled plumbing across a wide range of jobs. Most reviewers praise fair rates, dependable service from named staff including Doc, Bryn, and Zach, and work that lasts. A handful of older complaints about tardiness stand against years of consistent five-star feedback from long-term customers.
O'Brien Plumbing delivers reliable, efficient work across the full spectrum of plumbing jobs. Jack, Aaron, Matt, Gary and the reception team consistently arrive on time, explain issues clearly, and finish work to a high standard. Pricing lands as fair and competitive; multiple reviewers praise how staff moved things around to fit urgent requests same-day. However, two reviewers reported billing disputes and slow follow-up: one paid $355 for a shower rail install but felt overcharged and waited four days for a manager response; another waited over two weeks for a quote. Those gaps in complaint handling stand out against an otherwise strong track record of friendly, professional service and tidy work.
Jack, Connor, Blake, Colin, and Jake have earned strong praise for arriving when promised and explaining work clearly before and after. Most jobs finish fast, work areas are left clean, and pricing feels honest to reviewers who appreciate the absence of surprise charges. Two dissatisfied customers reported much higher quotes than competing plumbers charged for similar work, with one feeling issues weren't fully solved. At 89% five-star reviews across 35 assessments, Perth First Plumbing delivers consistent value to Mount Lawley and surrounding suburbs, though occasional quoting mismatches suggest asking for a second opinion if an estimate seems steep.
